Order Status

Has my order shipped?

We will send you an email when your order has shipped. Your order status will also change on the My Account page, if you have an account with us.

How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?

If you have an account with us, visit the My Account page to cancel your order. If you need to change your order, please contact us.

My order never arrived, or an item is missing from my shipment.

Please contact us so we can find out what happened.

When will my backorder arrive?

If you ordered a new release, your order will arrive on or around the release date listed on the product page of the book you ordered. If you ordered another backordered title, we will be in touch with the anticipated ship date.

My Account

How do I create an account?

You can create an account by visiting the My Account page, or by selecting to create an account during order checkout.

How do I edit my account information?

Visit My Account and click on the appropriate tab to manage your shipping and billing addresses and edit your password and account details.

How much is my shipping?

We provide free shipping via UPS Standard Ground (4 to 7 days) in the contiguous United States for orders $30.01 and over. For orders that are under $30, and for orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii, we charge $6.

For UPS Express (2 to 3 days), we charge $15 for one item, plus $2 per additional item. Please contact us directly to place your order if you require this shipping method.

I forgot my password.

Visit the Account Details page in My Account to reset your password, or contact us if you are locked out of your account.

I received the wrong product.

If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.

What is your return policy?

We do accept returns on qualifying purchases. Read our return policy.

Pricing and Billing

Do I have to pay sales tax?

We charge state sales tax for orders that have a Minnesota billing address. If you are a tax-exempt organization, please contact us directly to place your order to avoid sales tax.

I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.

We automatically emailed you a receipt when you placed your order. You can also log into My Account page to view your order details.

We also offer the option of downloading or printing your shopping cart before you make a purchase. Those options are available on the shopping cart page, when you have items in your shopping cart.

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged automatically by Square when you place your order.

I was issued a refund. When will my credit appear on my account?

It can take up to seven business days to complete and post the refund to your credit card statement.
